School and Karayuna Learning Centre programs
During the existance of the Karayuna Learning Centre we have seen many programs implemented both in schools and at the centre.
Some of these programs include:
- A Mentoring program at the schools.
- Social skills programs at the schools.
- A Partnership with The Tilbuster Station - Pathfinders.
- A Partnership with the Splinters Woodwork program.
- Lil Sista Speak. pilot program at Drummond Memorial Public.
- The Sista Speak Program in local high and primary schools.
- Partnership of a Hip Hop program with Nate Weatherall at the centre.
- Partnership with Penny Lamaro and the Wags the Dog program.
- RAGE and Managing the Bull programs at the centre.
- Partnership with the Armidale Indigenous Community Garden program.
